AquaComms Ireland branch is Ready for Service and is delivering reliability/resiliency at high capacity with a new 400 Gb connectivity service between NJFX and Europe – the first of its kind!

Today having Norway, Denmark, and now Ireland RFS is a great milestone for NJFX and New Jersey which has been supporting transatlantic systems for over 100 years,” said Gil Santaliz, CEO, NJFX.

New Connectivity Service from Aqua Comms 

  • New 400 Gb wavelengths launched on AEC-2, 
  • In addition to the existing 10Gb and 100Gb available options
  • Follows successful upgrade to Ciena’s GeoMesh Extreme submarine network solution, which leverages WaveLogic 5 Extreme coherent optical technology.

400Gb Wavelengths options

  • Available on AEC-2 Trans-Atlantic cable
  • Across all key Aqua Comms POPs in the US and Europe
  • Options for both OTU-4 and Ethernet interfaces
  • Lease terms from 12 months to 5 years or more
  • IRUs for 10, 15, or 20 years
