Site Access Associate

As a Site Access Associate, you will maintain a robust security framework for our state-of-the-art telecommunications hub — ensuring continuous 24/7 surveillance and protection of critical assets, while actively deterring potential threats to both regional and global networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site access and enforce security protocols
- Conduct surveillance and patrols to safeguard critical assets
- Report suspicious activities, anomalies, and security breaches
- Generate automated tickets and maintain incident reports
- Support NJFX staff, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel
- Collaborate with security teams to enhance safety measures
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- NJ SORA Certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of security experience (required)
- Strong observational & communication skills
- Flexible availability — nights, weekends, holidays
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (a plus)
