About Us:

NJFX is a built-purpose Carrier Neutral Cable Landing Station campus. Our colocation ecosystem has expanded to over 35 network operators offering flexibility, reliability, and security. Our Wall, NJ location provides direct access to multiple subsea cable systems giving our carriers diverse connectivity solutions and offers direct interconnection without recurring cross-connect fees.

 As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll:

  • Oversee existing and new domestic/global accounts, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end sales strategies
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities including prospecting
  • Draft, issue, and follow up on proposals
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for customer orders
  • Flexible to travel to conferences domestically and internationally
  • Provide stellar customer engagement via phone, email, and video chats
  • Manage the end-to-end quote approval process and handle sales escalations
  • Assist in general sales administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience; telecom industry familiarity preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple websites/portals, and calculate pricing
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM’s or PSAs is a plus
  • Participant & represents the company at conferences. Expected to set meetings and develop/maintain customer relationships
  • College degree preferred
